The Store Leader Apprenticeship program is a competency based, year-long journey designed to equip you with the essential training, skills, and education required to succeed in the Store Leader role. Throughout the program, you will advance from an associate to a fully prepared Store Leader, positioning yourself for a rewarding long-term career with Royal Farms.

We are seeking passionate individuals eager to embark on a fulfilling career in the customer service industry. We welcome applicants from Maryland, even those with little or no prior experience, who are driven to excel and grow with us.
